Before we dive too deep into this story, let’s take a moment and talk about the most critical factor in changing your mindset: understanding what that even means in the first place. It sounds easy, right? On the surface level, it is. However, once you know, you cannot un-know. This understanding will fundamentally shift how you see the world, and once it happens, there's no going back.
This is not a book to discredit coaches or any mentors. As a matter of fact, I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to all of the incredible coaches I’ve met along my journey. You are the people I’ve listened to, the ones who have shaped my understanding through hours of podcasts, audiobooks, and personal conversations. I’ve spent countless hours downloading all the information I could, transitioning mindsets, and learning to formulate my own beliefs.
In many ways, it felt like I was "remembering" something buried deep within me—awakening to a hidden side of myself that was always there but had been overshadowed by doubt, fear, and survival instincts.
This process of elevation is a continuous journey. It doesn’t stop with one breakthrough or one moment of clarity. It’s a lifelong commitment to growth, to unlearning old habits, and to stepping into the fullness of who God has created you to be. Along this path, it is so important to have mentors who can guide, inspire, and challenge you to rise to new levels. They act as mirrors, showing you what’s possible and encouraging you to keep going when the road gets tough.
I invite you to ask yourself are you living in Subconscious Lack Mindset or Subconscious Abundance Mindset. Living in true subconscious abundance, and therefore manifesting to reality as our thoughts become our reality, is about truly walking by faith not by sight. And I don’t mean organized religion. I mean true Faith in our maker that everything your need will be provided to you.

I feel it crucial that prior to going any further, I need to clarify how I view God, as this will come up throughout this book. I do not think of God in the way organized religion has traditionally painted. To me, God is the Creator of all. For all intents and purposes in this book, terms like God, the Creator, Source, the Maker, the Divine, and Higher Power are interchangeable. If I have not included the word that resonates with you, I sincerely apologize. My intention is never to offend. I invite you to interchange whatever term suits your understanding or belief system. To me, these are all facets of the same truth, both within this book and in my life.
