Chapter 6: The Power of Vibration

Let’s dive deeper into vibration. The Law of Vibration states that everything in the universe vibrates and does not rest. It’s a foundational principle of both science and spirituality. This law asserts that everything—every atom, every sound, every thought—is in constant motion, vibrating at its own unique frequency.

This concept isn’t new; it has been woven into the fabric of wisdom across time. The Bible itself speaks to this truth. In John Chapter 1, it says: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without him was not anything made that was made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John came as a witness to the light. "The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. He was in the world, and though the world was made though Him, the world did not recognize Him. He came to that which was His own, but His own did not receive him. Yet to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, he gave the right to become children of God- children born of God. The word became flesh and made His dwelling among us." It goes on to state that the law as given through Moses, grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

When I first read this, it hit me—if God's Word is alive and capable of transforming into reality, then words carry immense vibrational power. The importance of speaking truth cannot be overstated, for truth aligns with the word of God, and the word of God is the ultimate creative force. What if the Bible is meant to be a book of principle. A book meant to be studied, and some variations are in store due to the difference in interpretation of the man/ woman reading it.

But then, my curiosity got the better of me. How does vibration connect to religion, energy, and frequency? How could these seemingly separate ideas fit together? I was perplexed (not confused—because, as I’ve learned, smart people don’t get confused). This became yet another rabbit hole in my journey of discovery.

Let me assure you, I’ll get to unpacking the relationship between religion, energy, and vibration in a later chapter. For now, what’s important is to recognize the profound significance of vibration in shaping your reality.

If the Law of Vibration tells us that nothing rests and everything vibrates, then it’s clear that your thoughts, emotions, and words emit specific vibrations. What you send out into the world vibrationally is what you attract back to you. Aligning yourself with truth, positivity, and faith raises your vibration, bringing you closer to your goals and desires.

As you continue on this journey, remember that you are a living, vibrating being, capable of resonating with the frequency of creation itself. Your words have the power to shape your world, and your vibration determines the quality of the life you create. This is not just an idea; it is the essence of existence.

Breaking the Cycle of Hypnotic Rhythm

One day, a profound realization struck me like a lightning bolt. Every adversity I had endured in life—every heartache, financial struggle, loss, and illness—was not punishment or mere coincidence. Instead, it was God, Nature, and the Universe’s way of telling me to pause, recalibrate, and reset my energy. It was as if I had been moving so fast, running on survival mode, that I couldn’t see the bigger picture. I was caught in what Napoleon Hill refers to as the “hypnotic rhythm”—a cycle where the survival brain locks you into patterns of fear, scarcity, and reactionary living.

I hadn’t realized it at the time, but I was merely surviving, not thriving. My energy was fragmented, scattered in so many directions that it left me drained. The hypnotic rhythm of survival felt like a trap, but breaking free seemed impossible. However, the moment I acknowledged that these challenges were not happening to me but for me, the cycle began to break.

This revelation wasn’t an instant fix—it was a process. I learned that adversity often serves as the Universe’s way of forcing us to step back and reassess our path. It’s as if a higher power uses these moments to pull us out of our comfort zone, which is really just a familiar state of chaos, and push us toward a state of alignment. The challenges were invitations to stop, reset, and refocus on my higher purpose.

What I came to understand was that energy follows intention. My survival brain had me stuck in a loop of reactive thinking—fearing the future, resenting the past, and missing the present. When I began to see adversity as a gift, the energy shifted. I started asking myself questions:

  • What is this situation teaching me?
  • What can I let go of to move forward?
  • How can I align my energy with a higher purpose?

It was during this time that I recognized how much of my energy had been spent resisting what was rather than embracing the potential of what could be. I realized that I was clinging to control in areas where I needed to surrender and trust the process. This shift in perspective felt like stepping into a new dimension of awareness—a space where I could consciously choose how I responded to life’s challenges.

Adversity became my teacher. It forced me to pause long enough to reset my energy and begin living in alignment with my true purpose. The survival brain no longer dictated my actions; instead, I chose to listen to the whispers of God, Nature, and the Universe guiding me toward a life of abundance, peace, and fulfillment.
